This Privacy Policy applies to both the online and offline collection of information by Holman Honda. We collect information to provide our services, which include selling and servicing vehicles and vehicle parts, and to perform other functions related to those services (collectively, the “Dealership Services”).
Personally Identifiable Information
The information we collect includes the following: personal identifiers, such as name, address, date of birth, gender, and contact information; financial information in connection with a transaction, such as credit card number and bank account information; commercial information such as your purchase history; and professional or employment-related information.

IV. How We Collect Information
Information Voluntarily Provided
Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale also collects information you provide to us (i.e., name, e-mail address, etc.) when you interact with our business either online or in person.  You provide some of this information directly, and we get some of it by collecting information about your interactions and experiences with the Dealership Services.  The information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Holman and the choices you make, including your browser privacy settings and the products and features you use.
Information Automatically Collected
Email Communication: We use pixel tags and cookies in our marketing emails so that we can track your interaction with those messages, such as when you open the email or click a URL link that are embedded within them. When recipients click on one of those URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on a company website. We use tools like pixel tags and cookies so that we can determine interest in particular topics and measure and improve the effectiveness of our communications.
Mobile Communication: When you download or use our mobile-device applications, or access our mobile-optimized website, we may receive information about your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device.

For example, we collect demographic and other information to improve the accuracy and relevance of our marketing efforts. We understand the importance of your privacy. We collect and maintain your information for our use in connection with providing the Dealership Services, and we do not disseminate your information to third parties other than as described below.
Business Partners: We may partner with select retailers and other companies at various times to provide expanded services to our customers, including, for example, vendors, marketing companies, financial institutions, and government entities.
Agents: We may use other companies and individuals to perform certain functions and Dealership Services on our behalf. Examples include administering e-mail services and running special promotions. Business Transfers: If we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business assets, consumer information may be one of the assets that is transferred as part of the transaction.

VIII. Special Notice Regarding Minors
We respect the privacy of children of all ages and in particular recognizes the sensitivity of the information of children under the age of 13 (“Minors”).  Therefore, we provide this special notice to parents and legal guardians regarding the collection and use of the information of Minors.  The Dealership Services are not directed toward Minors.  We do not knowingly collect information from Minors.  In the event that we learn that a Minor has provided their information to us, we will delete such information as soon as possible.
